Your lease includes utilities of sewer and water; lawn cutting and snowplowing of common areas; central garbage location; taxes; use of all the facilities at the Golden Beach Resort. Please see the Amenities page for more information on recreation facilities.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, maximum of two pets.

Where is the nearest hospital/shopping?

The nearest hospital is in Cobourg (approximately 20 minutes south). This is a brand new multi-million dollar hospital with state-of-the-art facilities.
